Title: Could the Technical Support Section please get a mod?
Post by: crazy_rabbit on April 08, 2013, 08:58:06 AM
I've noticed that the Technical support part of bitcointalk is Mod-less. And it's filled with, "where are my BTC?" questions. Any chance we could get a mod to clean Tech support up? Or is it now like "customer support" for bitcoin?

That's how I've treated it some, though I try not to send anything too stupid there.  I think the best bet might be a new sub-forum for the Customer Support type threads.

I paid some attention to it this morning, thanks for the heads up. I look there occasionally but never really scanned all the threads like I do the others. Also feel free to use the report button, we do check them.

A good suggestion for everyone!  Reports stand out a lot and are very likely to be handled.

A service support forum isn't a half bad idea. Service discussion is a pretty important subforum IMO and should be used more I think, right now they are scattered all over the forum. But it's also full of crap like "y u no work mtgox?".
