You want to deal and reveal your proposal / Collateral in private. Ok. You are also a Legendary member here, so you will have to know ( at least) that a signed message for a staked Address of yours is a MUST. Not to mention some others "things", like your inactivity as mentioned above... If you really have the Collateral to cover this amount, it would do no harm to say it. Imo you would stand a better chance to get this filled... Unless the users trust the link he gave, I would suggest holding off til he proves hes the owner.
