No, you're wrong. He won't find any XMR seller in that section. Did you ever checked about that section? he already posted in right section.

OP, if you still want buying XMR from someone on here, always using escrow. Better safe than sorry.

In my opinion if you want to buy monero you need to direct from exchanger it will easy to have it there.and much safer than to trade peer to peer or you can use shapeshift if you have btc to exchange in xmr.

why not buy form the exchange directly ? that will be safe and quickly and you don't need the escrow?

or you wanna buy some use fiat money?

That could be the wiser thing he really need to do since buying by peer to peer trade is risky and it can cause lots of troubles since you surely get many delay if you select to deal with people and high possibilities that we will get scam by certain bad peoples since we are unknown here, thats why as suggestion OP must go to legit exchanger and buy as many as he wants since he can make sure to his self that he buys on legit platform and chances to lose money is less.
