Title: mbit casino - a terrible casino?
Post by: CoinsForever on December 05, 2016, 01:44:02 AM
Hello!

I made some terrible experiences with mbit casino.
And i wanted to find out if i'm the only one or if that has some sort of a system.

After i made a cashout which they claim to do instantly - i noticed i did not receive any payment.
Therfore i contacted the support via live chat.

I asked about my cashout and received this answer:

Blockchain is the system that governs Bitcoin. When a transaction is made is it processed by this blockchain and that is how it receives confirmations. When the blockchain is temporary full, no transactions can enter it and therefore are delayed.

The delay is not from us. Your cashout left  this casino instantly but it has not yet reached the blockchain.

Whaaaat???

After a few more questions i was asking when i will finally receive my cashout.
The answer from the support: "we cannot say"

Why such a big casino is advertising with instant transfers but is in fact not doing that?
Why the support has no correct information and the answers are nonsense?

Is there some sort of system to mess with clients as there is no intersted in making payouts?

So far i have not received my cashout and i'm very very unhappy with them.
Don't know yet if that is just bad or if that happens on a bigger scale it's more then that....

Hi RHavar

Thank you for your opinion!

What i don't understand is, they advertise for their casino. Why then behavior like that?
Why saying they do instant cashouts if they clearly don't? Why having a support team
which has no idea how does a transfer even work?

How can such a casino get any trust?

I'm brutally disappointed and by the way still haven't received my payment!

Please show your address for us, did they really send it? In other word, did they send the fund? If yes, it means the confirmation is stuck, it is rarely happened.

They are just making bullshit up here - i don't think that they are even joking or not - completely unprofessional and shows their lack of understanding of the bitcoin network, or maybe they are just an outright scam.

Casinos like mBit usually "selective scam", which means that they pick on a few people that deposited big and scam them, while maintaining payouts for other smaller depositors. So was your amount big, or small?

However you could be making bullshit up, or just providing a one sided story and wanting us to believe you without any proof. Wait for mBit to respond, after all they are running for quite a while and their site is quite well designed.

Is it a problem on your withdrawal that stuck on blockchain or they did not even process your withdrawal?
Could you show the transcript showing their answers about your problem? Maybe you can post it on their official thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1477088.0) and lets see what they say about this problem.

i am very sorry for tour lost. can you ask them to provide the transaction hash to understand, what is really happening? also, i think, you must give them neg trust and maybe after that they will make something, because of red trust, they will lose many clients

good luck and wish you return your money

You do not know what is actually happening but you suggest him to leave negative trust?
Giving mbit red trust wont affect anything as he is not a DT member, he also did not give any valid proofs to support his accusation.

Putting a negative trust won't truly help in that situation since  he is not on DT at the first place and people wouldn't not notice it easily, and the best thing he can do for that if he is been compromised by them is to file a scam accusation against that site so he can gather more attention and be warned their gamblers upon playing at them, and also he must bare a valid proof so people will listen to him and not pointing him as a butthurt loser.

Hi!

I have a update. First i received my payment!
Second i also received a response from the casino manager.

Quote: "However, the information that the live chat told you is the reality. Unfortunately, after we approve the cashout we don’t have how to control
how fast the Bitcoin network will process this transaction."

I'm not talking about the confirmation - i'm talking about that it was not submitted!

I think that the delay of a cashout (as many others do) is a way to keep users playing.
It's clear that they don't want to proceed fast a cashout. And it's irritating that the support staff does not understand
the very basics how a transfer works.

I'm not saying don't use mbit casino, in fact the games and software i great.
BUT when i won i would like to get my BTC fast. And if they say it's instant than make it instant!

It's all about trust, you need to trust them that the casino is fair and the games
are not set in a way where you will lose always.

They could either remove the wrong informations that they proceed cashouts instantly.
Use a higher fee to make the cashouts! And make sure that your staff knows how a transfer works.

I was mostly upset because of the response from the staff.
Even when i'm not happy with the response from the manager, it was kind to send me that response!

Hey CoinsForever,

We process cashouts instantly, but sometimes it can take a few minutes for a transaction to be confirmed by the blockchain. At this time we don't have a way to set special fees for each transaction.

The cashout in question can be found on the blockchain here: https://blockchain.info/tx/c50a725a1bdd8e0dccb99f7b274e3628c9f2913bfb125454b1e13ac8fe965585 (https://blockchain.info/tx/c50a725a1bdd8e0dccb99f7b274e3628c9f2913bfb125454b1e13ac8fe965585)

On another note, thanks for your feedback. We will discuss with our wallet software provider if we can start to setup fees for each transaction. We take your feedback very seriously, and will use it to improve our business.

Thanks,
mBit Casino

Great! Then both OP and mBit casino should be satisfied with the resolution of this problem :)

@OP you should lock this thread now, since the problem has been resolved and you have received your bitcoins.

lol, I think the transaction has been processed since a few days ago and this yarn is made from the account NEWBIE to make fake posts :)
I think that's why they do it, what it was fun to make yarn posts with issues that are not good
