Title: Took out cash in the Philippines using bitcoin at an ATM. No bank account needed
Post by: benperrin117 on December 05, 2016, 08:21:43 PM
Hey guys, this is my weekly series "The BTC Sessions". This week I checked out a service called Coins.ph. It's great for remittances to the Philippines, but also super useful if you plan on vacationing there.

Enjoy!

IKR?!  ;D ;D
It's a really great service. Makes everything so much easier and safer too! Since we don't have to worry about getting scammed in trades and the like because we could just buy directly from the exchange.

And, buying bitcoins is so much easier with coins.ph.  ;D I could just go to any 7-11, use the machine to load up my account and that's it. All I'd need is my phone number.

Also, those cash-out options are so easy especially the card less atm withdrawal, it's totally free. No bank account needed and No fees whatsoever.

I totally Loved your video!  :D Enjoy your vacation..  ;D  :D

I heard that coins.ph doesn't deduct fees for transactions, why is that so? How secure is it in comparison to other web bitcoin clients like coinbase or blockchain?

For some cash out options there are fees if you would plan to cash out via remitance centers but if you would cash out via cardless or bank accounts they wont charge a single cent from you which is really great for coins.ph you can easily buy and sell bitcoin without any hassle.

There are many ways to cash out through coins.ph but most of people prefers cardless withdrawal because it is hassle free. If you are far from bities that offer this services, through remittances  is the best you can do otherwise,if you are not in a hurry throug directly deposited to your bank account is fine and without charges too.

If we are going to look at the comparison of coins.ph between coinbase and blockchain, coinsph  much more better than the two when it comes to services, it is very convenience to use and hassle is free. Moreover, they have some other services that they give to their client like giving rewards for every buying load there's a rebates back, even in Billings, shop online and tour travels also referral program rewards.

Depends on what cashout option does a user choose. In case of OP, he used Cardless Withdrawals.

Pros: Easy to cashout, no need for ATM cards,
Cons: Some places don't have Security Bank (EgiveCash is only available at this bank)

About cardless withdrawals, thanks Security Bank for having that feature. They have the service like that even prior for coins.ph gained some "quiet" popularity here in PH.
