I believe hidemyass will be a best choice for you as they are having around 0.1 million different IP addresses around the world and from that more than 10% will be from USA.Their software will be very handy for you. Whenever you disconnect and re-connect you will be getting new IP address within same location. If you want different location, that also possible in both manual and automatic way. Every time the FBI arrests some pedo or drug dealer it is because they were using some misconfigured faulty software or they exposed their own identity by linking to their real life some how. You can use the free service of a particular VPN but it is only limited like HotSpot Shield, United States is the only server available. You need to purchase an elite account for you to be able to unlock the other country servers.
