This is a wrong format to introduce a coin I thought they are introducing a service website because the thread starter did not mention the referralcoin,it should be the one that should be posted here before the referral website,it is another ICO again so we'll have to look to the legitimacy of this project.

If this is a well planned project,then it was planned months ago and part of that plan is a pre announcement but there is none here,this is another Ico project coming for a newbie,why not all this ico invest time to register three months prior to posting here or invite of reputable member here to join in their marketing,instead of unknown newbie.
