Neteller VCC is considered as a credit card so you should be able to buy from services that accepts CC , If you want to send as merchant (from your account to another account like with individuals) then you should check BitPanda but they only accept Europan citizens as far as I know. Virwox.com is one of the few services that accepts Skrill and Credit card too , the fees might be considered as high by some but It definitely does the job and It's a legit/known service. |
