It is good information for most of the members who doesn't have an idea about this issue. Otherwise people will first try to open account and will realize only when they can't withdraw money to PayPal but by the time it will be too late already.

Critics are welcomed but i do not see anywhere i said you can withdraw your paypal funds into the account though that used to be working in the past but was greatly abused due to fraud and money laundry BUT you can verify your paypal account with it then withdraw your paypal funds through other means.

Yes, it can, read more from there site.I will not argue this further but there is a way to get around this.
