I know that tons of people are devasted that Circle closed Bitcoin. That said, I'll buy your circle for a premium. Escrow or you go first.

Acceptable escrows are any legendary's with green trust that I think are good such as Monbux or SenestianJu

Hey! got the idea from me!  :P

Heard of circle but never used it. Didn't know it was a separate currency than bitcoin was.
This should drive the price lower I am guessing because as I know it they were big in the states.
Anyways good luck on you venture.

i don't know about the circle but if this what ChrisLandin mean, then better you don't buy any bitcoin because i think its illegal for you and you don't want to make your life to be in dangerous area. its better to play safe and buy bitcoin only in a recommended place and recommended seller.

I had to jump thur more hoops then anything to buy bitcoins with circle, how could you use stolen credit cards if your name had to match your ID that was on the account and the billing address and the name on the credit card... Doesnt seem possible to me

Would you be interested in circle accounts that were banned from buying bitcoins

When Circle first started; you could put your proof of ID up and use any card.
Until they saw all the fraud coming.

Since you are a newbie, 900-1000.

For someone trusted it could be as low as 800.

Thanks for the response, I would have used escrow but the rate is too high for me, I withdraw my interest

I would be willing to give you a lower rate (800) if you sell $30-$40 and we use an escrow or you go first.

I'm looking to buy a small amount (around $40 worth) but the most I'm willing to pay is +2% as I have other alternatives that offer this rate

If you can do this rate then I'd use escrow

Think of Circle as now a non reversible paypal.

How is not non reversible? Its an online pay service.

They have chargeback insurance by Riskified - if they get a chargeback they will not lose any money so they do not care.
