Many players like to first see how game works without providing any detail and than if they think they will play in that site in future too, they can simply secure their account by adding email and pass. I think a bitcoin or altcoin address is your account. You simply send coins to a certain address which is linked to your bet. If you win you get payed instantly, if you lose, well you lose.
