It looks like It's a good service (and recommended by some users) but from what I read on their legal agreement page , It's a reversible payment method : https://www.leupay.eu/en/legal but as long as you are trading with someone trusted and high ranked, I don't think there is anything to be worried about. Even if you use credit cards that you have registered there I don't think that this is possible. But maybe if this other side reports fraud and claims that he/she didn't make the transaction in that case they could return the money back but for that this other side would need some kind of evidence for that.
