I heard many bad experience and stories from other exchanges here that they got scammed because their clients did a charge back on the funds sent to PP.

Try some other forum to scam people with your new account. Only trusted members do deals with PayPal and they will check each other out to make sure the account is not bought. I'm not accusing you of being a scammer but you will find it hard to scam anyone here if you were as people are wise to this kind of behaviour now. Damn, so PP is really out of the questions with regard currency exchange. Was hoping for a positive answer from someone. But this would change my mind selling to OP. I wanted to sell some BTC for paypal, but it seems that even sending to friends and family is not also an option. Maybe I'll just sell to someone with high trust. Good luck to OP though. Your paypal account can also get limited...Few months ago one guy have scammed me with even small amount of $20, with whom i have dealt over skype.
