With the version 7.00 update in Dota 2 I think for me Dota 2 is slowly becoming League of Legends in every aspect the. Dota 2 looks like League of Legends now but who are we to complain? It's just a free to play game :)
What do you guys think is Dota 2 becoming LoL or not?

Dota is always better than LoL, ye with this 7.00 patch is a lot different than before but i still love it, didn't play Monkey King yet tho :)

Thought to give it a try and after this update, not even gonna look it lol.

7 gig damn thats a bit high and i dont want LOL features so loosing my interest in new dota update

yea dude that's a pretty high file size and you only just get LOL features better you download LOL ;D

Yes I think dota2 is dying because most of the players don't want the recent updates and the game is literally changing I hope they will give us a new reason to play dota.

They changed a lot in a single update. Damn, felt like when I first tried Dota 2.

Indeed bro. Last time I thought LOL is copying/cloning DOTA 2 but in this new release my thoughts are reverse. I think DOTA 2 now is cloning LOL. Not also me notice this but many players who played DOTA 2 also. I have a friend who is upset with the update because he quit LOL for DOTA 2 but now DOTA 2 is becoming LOL.

Well, I think that Valve is just improving themselves, making what the people/gamers want. And there is a lot more League of Legends Players compared to Dota 2 players in my opinion.

The changes are quite good, the healing point at the forest for each team is quite fun now, with more strategy usable.

I think it's not. I think it is just like they have the same idea. And besides it's just a free to play game. So we must enjoy it.

Yes they made huge change but I still love dota 2 forever  ;D

I saw the update and there are a lot of changes happened.  Map changes, hero and neuts add on. I was amazed with Monkey King's  abilities. It climbs trees and you will see how this hero help during clashes. I know we can't easily get with the updates but this will somehow change the gameplay we used to.

Yeah, Dota become LOL, yesterday I sold set on https://skins.cash/dota2 on Tidehunter, it looks like Illaoi in LOL. Valve replicate even heroes from LOL.

I was that person who went through a lot of changes in this game.

I once asked my LoL-playing friend why he is not playing dota2. He answered: "You are sick bastards, I tried to play it, but those insane gamers came to me under the tower and killed me! How?! I was standing under the tower, I was secure, I thought so"

So when I start to think that dota2 slowly becomes LoL, I always recollect his words and say to myself:"As long as we can kill enemies under the towers, we are different" ;D

I watch my kids and their friends play LOL but the don't play Dota2. They tell me its more complicated and harder to play. I've seen both games running and they look the same to me.

nope. dota2 is nothing similar to the real dota.

League of legend ,dota 2 , hon is all the same they are all MOBA games but different creator and different champions or characters. but for me im just playing Lol because unlike Dota 2 u need to purchase the champ and skin and i find it more challenging to save some IP/RP for that .

Here in our place LoL is usually played by kids, I mean mostly kids. They also play Dota and this FPS online game, Crossfire. I don't really play LoL because I am a Dota2 ppayer because I don't understand the game at all, or maybe I am just used playing Dota 2 that LoL

New players in the moba world start with LoL, thats why all the kids are there. I started with the original dota around 2005, had been playing lol and dota2 for years, but honestly atm HotS is the only moba I enjoy.

I don't think so, Dota 2 still have it own unique game system different from LoL

if dota 2 wants you purchase to unlock a hero so it becomes LOL.

Base on the thoughts from my classmates that are playing Dota 2. They didn't like the new update because it changed a lot from the recent one. This time the loading screen of dota 2 is like the loading screen in LOL. so it looks like dota 2 is copying some part of League of Legends.

I did not play this game because I did not like it. It's a game of the past, not the future or the present.

Actually if you think more about it, every moba is kinda the same. I mean it is not totally the same, there are difference in graphic and names of characters, but in general its same. That is problem with most of today's MMO games, they are all the same in general, story is different, but game style is same. So i think that Dota and LoL was near same from the start...

Dota 2 and LoL may be in the same category as MOBA but I disagree from them becoming similar since the basic gameplay of each is far different from each other. From a normal person watching both may say its the same but the items, tactics, basic concepts, etc. though similar techniques can be applied to each it doesn't mean to say Dota 2 is becoming to be LoL.
