You can withdraw directly to your UK bank account using your IBAN and BIC codes. You can find these on your bank statement. Just fill in the withdrawal form on the exchange website... There are also other ways to sell bitcoins in the UK that I have not used. This method is adapted from another very similar method I discovered. I previously used UKash/CashU to deposit quickly with MtGox, but the charges and commissions are ridiculous I just did that because I was impatient. I also used bank wire to AurumXchange to buy MtGox tokens - after waiting for validation, but again expensive and sometimes a long wait time - my bank's exchange rates were at the corporate rate and the charges to transfer to Europe are high. This is by far the easiest and cheapest way at the moment to trade on the exchanges from the UK.
