Why WHY WHY would you send ~20 BTC to a well known scammer?! Why ???

MoriartyBitcoin has stolen larger amounts than this. He stole 127 BTC from user rickyjames here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1159906).

That BTC is gone dude, I am sorry.

HotSwap has already been tagged by myself and other DT users, but I will add this one on as well I guess.

Sorry man :-\

There goes 19 BTC to scammer's wallet.

Please never use an unknown Mixer, always use a trusted mixer that has been guaranteed legit by the community such as Bitmixer and Cryptomixer.
Avoid any other mixer that doesn't have any trust from the community.

I'm sorry for you loss, Dude :(

Around a month now.

I contribute to the forum in my own way :) I am well known in the Collectibles section, have done extensive trading on this forum, as well as managed large amounts of other users BTC for Group Buys and proxy purchases. I am also known in real life by other well known members here. Everyone who needs to know who I am, know :)

...and thank you ;)

No No...I didn't mean it in that sense...usually people who get in DT,for example Lutpin/Mexxer/Vod etc are known to bust scams/find spammers/do n number of things to preserve forum's integrity.I mean they had to go a long way to climb up the ladder whereas you made it in really short time.I will be randomly dropping messages in case I need a help from a DT member, hope you don't mind that. :)

You haven't? Yours truly was full member when entering the DT ranks (with high activity, but still full member).
As for reputation, you probably don't visit the collectibles section very often.
I've traded for several btc in total with zepher myself (and that's still the lower end of the range).

This site is already been discuss here and i think you should do not trust that mixer.. we already have reputative and already tested mixer such as bitmixer and cryptomixer why you still trust that site even you already knows that site is scam.. next you do not deal again without searching it here or asking someone here so that you are far in any scammers online.

I might, since I'm already in the process of launching something of my own which I believe will be a nice add-on to your collection. :)

Yes,I don't doubt any of the feedbacks or the fact they're on the DT.

It was discovered that this guy is a serial scammer over a year ago. A simple search of scam accusations would have allowed you to see this yourself.

Or you should probably avoid "Mixers" altogether. In the offline world those places are known as money launderers and if you're going to hand your money over to criminals then you will lose it like this. You may aswell of handed your money to a random stranger and said, can you please go and deposit this in my bank account. Sorry for your loss, but just a little research would have prevented it.

Agree to all said here, it was stupid not to search first. Hope this thread helps someone else in future ...

What is "reputable" mixer anyway? I read ppl saying bitcoinfog but its also semi scam (often down and losing coins). I also read "use LTC<>BTC ... exchange" but it's silly, as long as exchanges keep infinite logs about address-in and -out (and they do of course). So, what are real options to anonymize btc?

Best bet is using CoinJoin or waiting until TumbleBit is implemented fully.
