Why there is really huge for minimum deposit? Every deposit should be ok if you are going to open a new site. Dont think that it will really attract people around here because of that huge deposit and minimum bet. Horse racing is really attractive game to bet but when it has some minimum bet or deposit, this will have some less attraction

Minimum deposit is 0.5BTC. That's a lot to deposit as your initial deposit. Also per bet the minimum is 0.05BTC. Op, you should just advertise this as a high roller's gambling site. There is no way normal gamblers will use this website if the stakes are so high. I understand that this website does not do races every minute, but this isn't going to attract a lot of customers to your site.

I agree with others above me that Minimum deposit, which is 0.5 BTC, is too big. Make it lower, give people a chance to try first how it works. I don't think it's possible to find someone who would risk 0.5 BTC so easily. Although your site looks professional, 0.5 BTC is still a huge amount to risk.

Hi Everyone,

This is good feedback and it is appreciated, that is the general info I was given by the guys at John Flynn.

I know they are used to dealing with high-roller players but I am 100% sure if you send them an email client@johnflynnbookmakers.eu, they will set up an account for less with lower minimums stakes.

Good luck!

Francis

Well, as a representative of that company you should have an initiative to inform the management that their plans in the bitcoin world is not possible. Bitcoin gamblers are fond of gambling at small amounts and you might even earn more from this than just targeting big fish. The cryptocurrency is quite a large market for gambling and I think you should exploit it.

I have provided the feedback to them, thank you. Their business model is to cater to bigger players and their business is very successful. That said, it may be an oversight to think they can attract the same size of horse racing player in the Bitcoin space.......but there are some very big bitcoin bettors out there  ;)

Indeed OP, but I think there are plenty more gamblers that would be gambling less than 50mbtc per bet. Having that high as a minimum bet be too limiting for the gambler and the casino. The casino needs to get more clients and indeed in the bitcoin world gamblers will tend to gamble at lower rates than in real life. You might be able to get big bitcoin bettors but you have to convince them first that your site is legit and they can trust it. How will they be able to do that if no one else is gambling on your site.

Also just to inform you, the gambling site is a bit unimaginative and poorly designed in my opinion. Everybody that will be checking your website would appreciate a better UI. Good first impressions should be your goal to success. Most gambling sites fail this, and most of the time the first time a gambler opens an ugly, unprofessional and unsecured site they will most likely just close the browser and go elsewhere.

Bitcoin casinos make just about all of their money from larger players, as does every casino. Totally understandable why they would want high minimums considering horse racing also has to deal with physical bet slips etc opposed to just being able to determine the outcome of a bet immediately (online casino).

At OP: Keeping high minimums is fine, there are plenty of high roller Bitcoin players in the sportsbook/non-casino betting sector. I might end up making an account, though I don't typically bet on horses unless I'm actually at the track :)

Thank you, what you mention above + the extensive customer service in dealing with tonnes of smaller players are big contributors to the high-staking player model being preferable to certain operators (especially on horse racing).

OMFG . I didn't noticed it lately ;D what the heck is this for real ? the minimum deposit is 0.5 and the minimum bet is 0.05, these people are right it is such a very huge amount and most of us can't afford to lose that amount of satoshi because we usually just earning an amount of 0.04 weekly by participating with signature campaign I know that you are providing a VIP Horse Racing Platform but that's true the said amount is really huge for us to risk on betting .

I had a chat with the guys over at John Flynn and explained the general consensus here at Bitcoin Talk regarding the limits for Bitcoin.

So you can start with a deposit of minimum 100mBTC and minimum bet of 20mBTC.

They have nothing like this for their regular currency players.

Enjoy,

Francis

You must take some consideration that not all gamblers are high rollers thats why high minimum required deposits are burden to us, just make this requirements low and im pretty sure that you can get more player unto this don't target the high market for the first time of introducing this games and let the gamblers decide if they will bet huge money for this one, huge amount of requirements can be turn bad since many people will find it not a good one for low profile gamblers.

Well this is new thing to me and i have ever never seen this online with any site this is very new and unique for me. I thought the horse races can only be play live not on internet, but now after watching this i have to change my mind, I think this is like yobit's yoponi race or something similar like that.

Are you the owner of the site.? honestly the deposit amount is very high and i think better to decrease the deposit amount and bet amount..
So that we can try it since it is new to my eyes  i still not trusting this site..
And i hope they can change it in the future.. honestly i love horse racing..

Agree with you because with the minimum bet and deposit we can not do much better and there is a full chance to lose our investment within few minutes, they have to improve and reduce some minimum deposits and minimum bet as well then it will be fine for the users who willing to invest.

Very fair.

Seems like almost everyone in this thread is just spamming for their signature post. They are not going after every player, this is a service for mid - large bettors. The model does not work for small players.

so true, because not all gambler can make a bet and take a risk by placing 0.02 to betting site like yours, especially for those who only earn btc from signature campaign including me as we only earn an extra amount of money . arwin100 is right maybe you should lower your minimum deposit as well as the minimum bet in order to attract more bettors .

Nice Gambling Site you got here I think I gotta try it out, even if I don't have an experience with horse racing but I think I would give it a shot and is there a horse racing analyst that could help in taking a hint or giving his prediction on what horse might win, and does the lbs of a horse could affect his running speed? if anybody could suggest something before I could bet to be just a bit safe!

This looks like an interesting offer. I'm attracted to horse racing and the offer for bitcoin gambling isn't very wide. I think currently no one using this site because still bet limit is very high here most of members like 1 to 5 mBTC  but they are forcing 20 mBTC other thing horse racing is also not familiar like soccer betting so its need more time for any vouches

I've been looking for this since I'm also addicted with horse racing, I don't have to go to the OTB park here in my country just bet for my winning horse.  But I want to suggest something francis, since I am also gambling with bet baller for sports betting. I think it is also good if you will going to create virtual horse racing, just like yobit, don't take this hard but just my opinion.  ;)

The minimum deposit amount is too high 500 mBTC, Bitcoin price is so high now, what if the site owner decide to run away with everyone funds?

Better to lower the minimum deposit amount for the site to grow

I ran a few horse racing rackets back in the golden era. Back then you could get away with murder and these days you cant even wager 10K without showing some ID.
Before I die id like to see Vegas back to its old style, even if just for a day. Here's to keeping the hopes high and the money stacking higher.

Was searching for something like this for some time and this website looks simple and subtle in design and usability. I will also say that the minimum bet should be less so that new users should try it out first before putting their trust.

Why there is really huge for minimum deposit? Every deposit should be ok if you are going to open a new site. Dont think that it will really attract people around here because of that huge deposit and minimum bet. Horse racing is really attractive game to bet but when it has some minimum bet or deposit, this will have some less attraction
Great to have another game to bet, but I agree that the amount of deposit is too big compare to others gambling sites.
You can decide it by yourself if there are a lot people interested and join in the party within a month, is it worth to reduce deposit amount in the next month to calculate how much people are going into your site Sir, regards.

Well good luck for that! Your project is good but seems we cannot afford to bet with it since the minimum deposit required is to much, and just a suggestion if you want to make it more appealing why don't you implement some brackets where low budget gamblers and high stakers can select for?

maybe only people which have much of money will make a bet of this bitcoin horse racing and for people which have low budget, they can make a bet with other games. but i think its really interesting if the deposit can be low as other gambling site so many people can make their bet in that site.

I would like to try myself in horse racing bets for bitcoins. I wanted to try this site but since I don't have much experience I would like to hear some advice and recommendations from you guys. Do you have some horses you always bet or are your lucky ones, what should I be careful with and so on.

You will see later in the thread that the Horse Racing guys agreed to reduce the minimums - a deposit of minimum 100mBTC and minimum bet of 20mBTC.

With the huge spike in Bitcoin price, I have asked the John Flynn team to reconsider again and get some new Bitcoin action in for 2017!

You can deposit as little as 50mBTC and bet as little as 5mBTC. I cannot do any better than this!!!!

It is a VIP for medium to high staking players.

Following feedback from this forum and elsewhere, I persuaded them to reduce the minimums massively from 500mBTC deposit and 100mBTC bet down to 50mBTC deposit and 5mBTC bet.

They will not be lowering them from these limits.

And I want to ask about security in your website, is it safe to deposit a large amount on your site ???

This is a fun online game, it brings excitement and along the ways you're betting racing horse for good chance of winning bitcoin and have good lucky profit. Chances of making instant money is really fun here and it really takes place as you enjoy the racing game as well as you've participated most of the betting rounds.

The good part there i think you can gain more odds or more rewards in horse racing. i saw some horse racing in direct bet but they are just giving small odds in that game.. that honestly it is hard for me to predict their horse who will win..
Maybe in the future if they are giving bonus i will try that game.

The main thing is that the horse was alive at the start. Actually, I think that bookmaker's names on horseback races make good bets. But the fact is that I still fall for gambling. Something I'm not lucky lately and it seems to me that I need to leave this venture.

That i think it is depends in people who are lucky. the problem we don't know when we will lucky if we bet anytime soon we will lose our bet..

Horseracing generally have a higher odds. You can even bet on top3 and still be in profit if any of them wins.
It's easy to look at the statistics and find the better horse.

Agree on what you have said betting on top 3 would always give you the best odds which you cant find on other gambling games but risk always comes after once it hit 4th and below then that would really be a decent loss for you. This thread has been bumped last post from april and to answer i didnt even know if its still available or not.

Well stick on those 3 bets you had and don't mind the risk that will possibly be affecting your emotions, besides having a decent loss or winnings brings fun at all. The good stories from horseracing will not be bumped for long period, because it's highly enjoyable and lucky profit can be won in the game as you see the horses running to win the race. For me it's better than other gambling games to take due to best odds and so you must be learning  a lot and have focused observations, in order to choose good teams to bet for and win good price.

Why there is really huge for minimum deposit? Every deposit should be ok if you are going to open a new site. Dont think that it will really attract people around here because of that huge deposit and minimum bet. Horse racing is really attractive game to bet but when it has some minimum bet or deposit, this will have some less attraction
There should be a development on the system on transaction in tes of gambling where there is proper reposting and withdraw for more people to get into it. I agree that horse racing using bitcoin is the same like the normal gambling but it may rather make changes on the transaction for more people to try and have time to play it. It's better to have bet system that have minimum and maximum where peole could choose.

If the minimum bet is 5mbtc, why is the minimum deposit so high?  Deposit and minimum bet amount can be same amount.
If i don't find your website suitable, i wouldn't like to freeze my deposits. Decrease deposit amount to 5mbtc
