sorry for my bad english and if i have posted in bad section of forum  ;D

i live in Italy and i like buy little gold bar to any trusted site, with bitcoin.
i have search more time in the forum, already open thread in italian section, but nothing.
i know more site, like moro.si (is the same use bitstamp for withdraw gold), bitgild, amagimetal and more other, but my dout is: i see official thread to bitcointalk, official facebook page, and all are very old, not have a recent feedback for this site.

i have write email to moro.si and bitgild, for have info, but later 2 day nobody reply.
i search only site with ship from europe (because if site ship from american i pay tax).
any of you have some recent experience with this gender of site?

Honestly I never use their service, but I have a much times I see their presenting good service. I have plan to use it in the future.

Yes - I tried Amagi. It took about 3 weeks to ship me gold panda from Denver (I'm living ~5 hours drive away from it). They lied every day, that coin will be shipped etc

I do not know if they would ship to Italy.  You could ask them...  :)

There *may* be European companies that would accept your BTC for gold.

EDIT: I am American, but never had to pay any tax on buying gold from Provident.  European laws might be different...

The problem is the italian tax, if i buy from stare out of europe, when the gold enter in italy, customs block the pack for more time and add a tax (and this depend of the brain of customs employed).
for example i have buy a nascar hat in the usa, pay 10 euro to the site and customs have add a tax of 25 euro  ;D

Well, you should definitely consider bitcointalk "goods" section if you are wanting to avoid the government taxes for buying gold and silver bullion. I mean, not failproof, but usually P2P they don't tax you or don't care.

Recently there was a guy selling a few gold blocks for real cheap. I guess you missed it.

But I did not use it. If you have a friends or relatives in US buy on their address and they will ship it to you as a personal letter. So custom will not notice it

I have the same question as you. Legendary with green trust asking for some basic stuff here. Brings a lot of questions, if you ask me.

Anyway, I heard of purse.io. You can buy stuff from amazon by using bitcoins through their site. But there are a few people under the scam accusation section that say that they were scammed by purse.io. I'm not sure if it was resolved though.

Hey there, I know of a good place where you can buy physical gold with bitcoin - which I only discovered recently. They have several locations including in Europe as I understand but maybe you can check it out for yourself. Verification is quite simple in my experience, they only need a valid ID document. I found no trouble and they're quite quick. PM me, no referral link don't worry=)

You can buy it through a middleman from this forum. He/she will buy you a bar from JM and ship privately

I ordered from BitGild a while ago, everything worked out quite well and I received my (small) gold bar as promised. The order wasn't very large though. It's been months though so I don't know about the current situation.

What's the sense of buying gold with the use of bitcoin if that is requiring identification.

Both have proven to be reliable and fast in shipping. I usually fill an identical basket with both and compare the final price including shipping to see which one is the cheapest, both offer free shipping over EUR 10k but bitgild still charges you the insurance on the shipping.

As a general rule they will not ask for your ID unless you order over EUR 10k worth of PM

Don't buy the numismatic coins... go for bullion...

While I'm not doubting the good experience you had with both of these, the OP is in Italy and both JM and Provident are based in the USA so that will complicate shipping and customs for him

Surprisingly no one has suggested bitstamp's physical gold delivery option. They are providing this services for almost last one year. for bitstamp,  use moro.si and if you buy direct to moro.si have a low price (2-3% less)
