Win 8 or 10 preferred, but no OS necessary..

Modern enough to not be a headache.. Prefer above average durability over sleekness..

If not, you can check NewEgg and buy the cheapest laptop there it's worth it!

I'd recommend buying an Asus X205TA.
I have around 3 of these and they are pretty fast for a $200 PC.

I found myself an i7 4700mq alienware m14x with 16 gigs of ram, 1tb hdd and an 80 gig solid state, and some graphics card..

For $200 local on CL..

Had a fresh copy of 7 but missing all the proprietary drivers and apps.. Fixed that.. Then partitioned and installed a dual boot of win 10..

Do you have checked that on alibaba. An year ago I bought one laptop for my younger sister with about $150 plus shipping cost. Check at that site they will ship to your country.

Ebay and buy with paypal. There are a lot of cheap laptops and with paypal you have chargeback.

i can offer you my (originally)broken Asus  X42F which are fixed well as of now, including an external keyboard as the internal one is out of order. as well, i will give you a formatted 32GB class 10 microSD by Strontium. it is a windows 10. without battery due to legal issues(lithium), type-G powerplug is also included.

all for $200, subject to additional charge of maximum $30 otherwise i will waive.

I am pretty sure you can find a cheap tablet this week because boxing day sales are everywhere starting yesterday and you can get one brand new for cheaper than you can find one new now.
I think I saw one for $89 and it was a good brand name on and not those cheap ones that you get from those flea market type websites.
