I'm still thinking if I will going to invest in chronobank, but let's see some other people's thought about it. I'm not that expert with criticism or anything about ICO's but in my own opinion, they are promising. But still there is something that I want to be satisfied, I'm just waiting for someone to say that about this promising ICO to come.

They don't offer anything that does not already exists. They just took services that are already there and want to use blockchain technology to recreate them. If a lot of people use blockchain technology this may be cool project to invest, but at this stage(not stage of the project, i meant number of people using blockchain) no.

I don't make investing in chronobank's ICO because i don't believe in it and it is not good investment in my opinion,
Because there is no legal entity that the buyer buys the tokens and there is no third party to oversee such a process.
It is high risk and they can be full control for the ICO.

Not me. But I did just find one I am investing in. If you guys like watching movies and tv shows then you probably would too. Its called purevidz. I just found it about 15 minutes ago. But yeah chronobank seems too complicated and over hyped. I dont buy overhyped coins because they all end up like the dao or zcash. I only invest in the smaller icos that show lots of potential to shake things up.

i am never a fan of investing in ICOs in general. and checking this one out, it seems to be mostly duplicate of what already exists with a bit more complications and mostly hyped up. so no.

and even if i wanted to do it, seeing shill posts like the one posted with a brand new throwaway account above my comment throw me off!

Honestly, How the scenario was working, and it was making me feel doubt with them. Just a short time and over a million dollar by AXL. And it will need other clarification.
It makes no sense for me. If that was real or not.
And too risky for investing in there at this time without more analysis.

Seeing some legit and good projects today are going to get rare. Dive into it when you see one and get out if you find out you aren't going to benefit later. But if you have decided early on the first day of the ICO, 30% bonus is a benefit itself.

If they have a bonus i only invest if I cant get the full bonus and its a legit project. if its legit but others got in cheaper them me I wont buy in.
But I did look at some of the coins mentioned and some do look mighty tasty.

i think chronobank is a good investment to start but i am not make invest on that ico, i'd prefer to save my bitcoin in my wallet rather than to make an investment in a ico because i am too afraid if someday i am get loss all of my investment. i have bad experience with this and i make invest with ico in the past so i think i don't want to get bad experience again.

I have invested into Chronobank ICO today, and would've done earlier if I had the BTC, to take part of the 30% bonus that was offered initially. The reason I got into it, was because of the promising technology and innovation it provides by the use of Labour Hour Stable Coins, which in my own opinion, may help create new employment opportunities, as well as being able to fight against crypto volatility.

If successful, then I could see its price rise to the moon, once it officially launches and gets added to major exchanges.  :)

Were you able to confirm the connection with Edway group?
Also, any word from their escrows?

I'm also seriously thinking about it. I've been constantly checking up their thread since late last month and frankly, this is the 1st ICO I've ever really considered investing in.
I'm probably gonna wait till the last minute of the 1st week, that way, I'll still have time to see what happens and make it in time for the 20%.
I'm really nervous though, especially with these "2million USD raised in 2 days" thing.

Oh well. Gonna wait and see.

investing in any ICO has always been a big no for me too. it doesn't matter how big, good and futuristic the project looks, i always prefer something that i can see and predict and for that i choose some coin that has already existed on an exchange so i can see how it was performing in real world and make my prediction.

because ico selling direct send to addres founder/owner, without reputable escrow in bitcointalk

but much people trust to chronobank in first day selling can collect 2000 bitcoin from investor

Chronobank have solid devs team and platform so why not invest to them. Even though their project is complicated. I think they will just made it to success once the ICO ended. Don't be afraid on investing on ICO's with critical platform. Just take note on what is the possible inpact of it on the future. Goodluck

Chronobank plans are ambitious but the site does not convince me why companies and individuals will use the Labour Hour tokens instead of bitcoin. There are plenty of other alts to use besides bitcoin. I will be waiting to see how the owners of the ICO will deal with insurance, labour laws and tax deductions. They will need the government and companies support before they can become succesful.

That is why there are exchanges for traders, people need to differentiate between investors and traders, these two set of peoplee have different model for getting involved in a project

I was excited for this ICO a few months ago...but as the dust settled, I have decided to refrain from it. I have invested a moderate sum into the WINGS ico...i find it to be a lot more promising.

Just think about it people... the whole idea of an ICO is to attract buyers with tokens... these guys are issuing tokens that are pegged to the BTC...

100 tokens for 1 BTC
130 Tokens of time for 1 BTC if you invested on day 1....
So when BTC hits 1k, essentially 1 unit of time = $10

So thats what you are paying right now....This is a company backed by Venture Capitalists in Australia. They own a FAT chunk, and the coins
Initial or primary implementation will be in Australia.

That being said...if you put two and two together, yeah these guys have raised a lot of money.... but what's going to happen to TIME when it hits
the exchanges and is being traded? It's value is going to plummet. You just don't have enough global implementation or demand to sustain a
worthless $10 dollar token. Save your money...if you wanna get the proper value... wait for "TIME" to hit the exchanges and snag it up, when all
the speculators will dump this puppy.

Also I think, someone mentioned, that there are ample currencies that can already do what TIME intends to do.

Give me one good reason, an inkle of insight that, how investing early is going to reward me post ICO, when common sense tells me this coins value is going to plummet. I'm waiting.... because as far as I comprehend, this coin is just waaaaaay too expensive.

GRANTED --- common sense --- Isn't so common

I myself haven't invested anything and that has to do with two reasons. (a) My funds are tied up in other long-term investments that I believe in (b) ChronoBank doesn't seem to focus on wanting to have a break through in one services. It want's to focus on multiple different ideas and with that way of thinking it's difficult (but not impossible) to create a multi service platform that would be deemed solid by the public.

-At least this is how corporate industry's look at things.

Same with the escrows. There might be some confirmation/news about it somewhere but I couldn't find it.
So, it was a no go for me.

Anyway, I figured it still won't be too late even if I wait till it's on the exchange. Gonna watch for those dumps.  ;D ;D
Maybe everything will be confirmed and escrowed by then. No rush.

When I see ICO advertising on facebook I can almost say for sure that it's a scam. I haven't seen any viable information about this ICO that will convince me that i's legit
And the ICO has already raised almost 3,000 BTC.

I clicked thru on a few of their press releases (so called partner links etc) and wasn't impressed by what I saw AT ALL. It's almost frightening. A few interlinked websites that all lead to dead ends. The crypto media need to start researching these press releases before releasing them to the public.

None of these companies has a contactable management team and the main project company (Edway) has no twitter account (maybe because 'join date' would give the game away). The $1.5m investment from AXL seems like a very bad joke. A one page website with no useful links or info. Even the website design/hosting company for AXL is under construction (one ZangMedia). All roads lead nowhere...

With BTC taking off again people are probably going to be more vulnerable to these shady ICO's, and if that 3,000 BTC figure is accurate then all I can say is "WOW". It feels like there's definitely going to be winners and losers on this one.

I hope I'm wrong.

I'm with you on this sentiment. I've got a few rules I abide by when I'm speculating, and perhaps one of the most important I always follow is this:

If I learn about an ico through advertising outside of BCT I don't touch it with a 10 foot stick. Seeing Chronobank continually pop up on my twitter timeline and Facebook feed was a surefire red flag for me. Any new venture in the altcoin industry putting massive efforts into expanding funding beyond the immediate community are more interested in themselves than their investors.

I was thinking about it but now after reading everyones comments I think im not anymore.

I've seen them everywhere, but have not yet invested in their Ico,because I could not pull out a good review about their roadmap I was ready to invest at the last minute but after reading all this I have second thought now..

In the first day of chronobank launching I was interested in it, but like you after I reviewed their project or services I became doubtful about it.  The price is too high, how can they reach masses of bitcoin community if they will start into that price immediately, And I think their aim is not attainable. But lets see what will happen in the near future.

This! This is exactly why I didn't invest with them. I've been watching it since late November, way before the start of their ICO.
I've tried searching through their "partner links" and so but keep getting nowhere.
Heck, I even tried getting in touch with the so-called support from one of those "partners", hoping I'd get some kind of response or "official" confirmation.
I dunno. It just looks to me like those "big partners" backing them to be, too good to be true. It's like some kind of an elaborate setup.
Add to that the 2,000BTC in a day. Well.
I really hope I'm wrong and that I just lost a good investment chance.

A simple use of the forum search button would have given you the links.

Anyway, chronobank.io is a "blockchain-based project". They launched their crowd sale Dec 15, 2016 and will run till Feb 14, 2017. They'll have Labour Hour(LH) tokens which will be used to pay for "labour"/services on their would-be marketplace/platform.

Currently, they're claiming to have garnered 2,930BTC ($2,703,670) from the ICO.

Here are your links. It would be better to read for yourself.

Thats look a good project but still I am investing like normal which I can afford to lose because they currently have a new concept with which people do not understand to work much so it will take some more time to increase the demand of that tokens.

Overly complicated.
So no.

Same here, I don't get it and im not a code rso I can't know what this is all about. Also I don't understand the white paper.

Can someone explain what Cronobank is to a normal person that just wants to invest? If I dont see a real use case for something im not buying it.
Also what's the difference between Chronobank and the other coin called "Cosmos"? there's also an ICO for that one being opened soon...

i did invested to chronobank a month ago. they are legit with the reputable people from crypto are involved.
I'm a freelancer from job sites and so this should be a good crypto for me. if you happen to be one of those employees online who will take 6-8 hours aday for a rate, you should also consider chrono because of their LH tokens.

It say that the Australian government is supporting it, where's the proof?

i don't think they will scam though but they may be able to show it later.

But why the hell would you need an additional token for that? why not just create a website to list people offering freelance services for bitcoin? in fact im pretty sure this already exists. I just don't see why we would need an additional bitcoin for this, why not just get paid in bitcoin? having to deal with more tokens just adds more stress to people.

Each country has different rate for labors/ professionals and so if a person from US recieves $10/hour, then i think there should be a token for it and these tokens are goona be created by companies under chronobank to which these tokens has stable value unlike the TIME token which serves as shares of investors to whcih we shall be trading as well. Thats how far i understood it. Its almost the same thing to cryptos with 2 coins to distribute.

But with bitcoin once we have sidechains it could be possible to create smart contracts that release amounts of bitcoin that fit within the desired amount like "US recieves $10/hour" or whatever. Once we get sidechain, my fear is that if I invest on ETH related smart contracts like Iconomi or Chronobank and so on, they all will become deprecated once sidechains kick in.

In the first the place, I really don't like to try to invest in chronobank, Why? the price is so high for the investors. And I analyzed the advices of many members here in this forum about in chronobank most of them are sr. member and up, So when I finally think of it, I found out that its not worth to invest in, and that was only in my opinion not because I follow what the other's said here.

Nowadays I am seeing a lot of advertisements about chronobank. When i open any site I can see its advertisements. So I am planing o try it and see.
Lots of ads means that they've got their hands on some ICO BTC and are advertising the ICO.

It's worth spending 20BTC to scam an extra 200BTC (that's... let's see... 180BTC ROI). As you can tell I don't believe this project is legitimate.

This is the new type of scam. Long roadmap, gibberish whitepaper so people can think they're being intelligent, followed by launch, entry onto exchanges, then..., then..., THEN..., then nothing...

Bagholders start talking about future rises, finding the floor, future developments etc etc, but scammer has already left the building.

Scam delivered. Teslas and lambos all round for the winners.

Fast forward one year. Bagholders are too ashamed to admit they've been scammed. Meanwhile, the scamtoken languishes on coinmarketcap.

CASE CLOSED

They made the token itself overcomplicated, although it definetly has some good technology. But theres nothing new that would make it different from already existing altcoins, so no. I think there are much better coins to invest in in the early stages than chronobank.

I didn't invest because its just a time bank. I don't think anyone is going to use it. I may buy some on the exchanges if I think there is profit to make. As of now I no longer invest in ICOs because I see some are selling below ICO price on exchanges. Also first exchange is always a secret for some reason. I suppose its that way so the insiders can dump their stash at the highest price. I'm just tired of playing their games.

I invested a few coins yesterday. Currently the crowdsale price of Chronobank is 1BTC = 100TIME (Chronobank's symbol).  If you know how to trade then you will surely earn a lot from it. May be double or a dozen times of bitcoin money you invested from it.

So why wait it to arrive on poloniex, c-cex, bittrex if you can invest a few from it now for a big return.

wait because like any ICO, probably gonna get dumped by the 30% and 20% bonus investors like any other ICO with stupid bonuses that's without considering the delays and delays and more delays with development like every other crypto. Probably never hit Polo either...

It is truly has the potential and many investors did invested into them. And as of now they collected almost 3,801 BTC

And that's really a good start for them, this signifies that they are really going to build up their project continuous.

I just hope that this won't be dumping after its ICO.

I don't see any promising project that will be implement, if comparison ETHEREUM is much promising than Chronobank, because eth project globally is continually in progress. I thought they will give TIME or chronobank coins.
