0.0002 BTC as fees should be more then enough to get your transaction confirmed (and It shouldn't even take that much) , It should be confirmed as soon as a new block is found  ~20 minutes.

Fees are not dependent on the amount of Bitcoin that you are sending but rather the size in bytes of the transaction data. This depends on how many inputs you are spending from and how many outputs.

Your wallet may have an option for dynamic fees. Use that option, do not use a fixed fee or fixed fee rate. The dynamic fees almost always ensures that you have a sufficient fee for a quick confirmation.

Thank You everyone.
I was doing a manual fee of 0.0005 BTC but I will try the dynamic one.

if it has one input,15-20k sats will be enough,if tx byte over 500 bytes then set at least 40k satoshi fee

inputs and comments causing tx byte to grow.

Maybe guys have right that 20k will be enough, but not always it going so fast.. To check more-less time of transfer you can use this service:
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Personally, if I want to be sure that the transfer will go quick I use 50k fee. A few cents will not kill me, but I am 99.99% sure that the transfer will be on time. (less than an hour)

But idiotic blockchain online wallet consuming more amount to 0.1 btc. I am blockchain wallet for long years but do not able to understand why the charge is too high but in coinbase you specify the value and send with least value than blockchain.

a good wallet should suggest normal fees for a timely transaction though...

I agrees with above post you wallet should pick the best fee for the job I you want to confirm  fast or slow so let it but in the last few weeks the blockchain as been getting really slow so maybe stick with the lower amount others wise you are wasting your satoshi if the it keeps taking this long to confirm transaction but as a rule to note the higher fee the quicker the conformation so once the block sorts out the back log then if you want a quicker transaction then pay a higher fee

Yes, this site is a good tool to know how much you should spend in fees to finish the transaction in the time you want.

It's good principally for blockchain.info transactions that don't show us real rates of good fees costs for the moment, there is no accuracy there, if you use that wallet, probably you are wasting too much money in fees without necessity. This make us believe the fees there are much higher than on another wallets.

Looks like it already have 3 confirmations.  The reason it took long is because your fee was lower than recommended. You're using 0.0005btc/kb fee (50 satoshi per byte) and the recommended fee according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ is 0.001btc/kb (100 satoshi per byte).

The fee required to get a fast confirmation depends on your transaction's size, btw. Don't hear anyone telling you otherwise.

Edit:
I just noticed your post above about using dynamic fees. Is that transaction using dynamic fee? If so you should set it higher if possible.

The Fees is not fixed when you want to send Bitcoins to anyone then Blockchain wallet provide a recommended fees for the transaction and I Suggest you to always give the recommended fee because if you pay less fees then your transaction never confirms, So that's why to use always Recommended fees.

Why want to send bitc that will take long time to be confirm. If you are worrying about the fee. Then you dont have to worry because its really cheap. For just . 0002 btc. The confirmation time is faster. It will just take i think 3-4 minutes to be confirmed. Im using mycellium wallet. When im sending btc. I put the fees at priority level. Its the fastest confirmation.

I dont.know how to put the fees when im sending btc. My bitcoin wallet has options. Normal, priority, economic and low priority. I dont see its fees. But I usually use normal and priority because it is very fast to confirm the btc you send. Economic and low priority is not recommended because it takes long time to be confirmed. I just dont know how many hours it takes to complete the confirmation. The more fee you put when sending btc, the faster to confirm.

It depends on how many inputs you have, and how many transaction confirmations these inputs have got.

Normally if you are using an online wallet service like blockchain, or desktop clients they usually have a recommend fee. Just follow that and you are likely to be able to get it confirmed at the first block.

thats a little too big amount for sending 0.1
i would suggest 0.0004, best fee, confirmed fast conf times

depends on many factors but fee is one of them :)
