Not sure if this question has been asked here before. I would like to know if there is an online service selling bitcoin for Paypal? so far I have found only xcoins.io and I don't really know if they are a reputable service. I did a search here for xcoins and found nothing so I dont know what to make of that. I would really appreciate if someone could suggest some services that can be used for buying bitcoins with Paypal.

So many scammers use PayPal that many people refuse to accept payments using their service - I'm one of them. Also they tend to advantage buyers, so any payment receipt could be reversed during a six month period. Six month for a confirmation is too long to wait.

Good luck trying to find someone to sell you coins. I have seen some posts in this forum, but be careful and evaluate the seller before sending your money.

There is Virwox.com , It's a very known and reputable service and exists for years , It accepts PayPal and Skrill and other payment methods that other exchanges don't accept. Only issue is that they are limits to buy and your level account gets increased with time , another thing are the fees which are a little bit high. If you have no issues about those two things then you should go for it.

Better you only try virwox which is more trusted than xcoins as well as virwox is pretty old.

Although, some sellers require an additional verify before making a transactions with you which is a hassle.

Make sure to only dealing with reputable users with high ratings :)

Never sell btc for paypal!
If you want sell your paypal funds for btc use as suggested before, virwox.
Probably is the easy to use with a decent rate of exchange.

There are trusted middle-men on forum that can help you with this. It's not necessary to use sites services which you will need to pay high fees.

Localbitcoins.com ,mate! It isn't exactly a official service but you can always find people posting their exchange threads.The question wouldn't need answers a few months from today since Paypal is already in talks for launching the exchange service via their site.
