Title: transaction confirmed but balance unaccessable Post by: StevenMichaels on December 16, 2016, 06:18:01 PM I sent through some bitcoins and the transaction has been confirmed on blockchain 14 times but I am unable to withdraw the bitcoins nor is there any record of the transaction occurring on my account. Can anyone help?

I guess there's no user can help you here, make a ticket support to that receiving website and include your TXID. |
