I can't lend you this, but I've actually started to work on a game with a group of people, we estimated the development cost to be around 200,000euro, keep in mind that our game isn't as advanced as yours as it isn't an FPS, very strange how yours is only going to cost $100 to make, but anyways, here are some questions potential lenders will want answers for:

When do you plan on finishing the game, next century? And what happens in the event that your game never makes it to market? Is the lender just SOL? (keep in mind that the vast majority of indie game developers never get their game to market).

Why do you need $100? Surely if you're short $100 for game development then you are in serious shit as you could easily go over budget by 10's or even 100's of thousands of dollars in the end, if you're short $100 now and your still only developing the game you should be worried (I'd be staring into bottom of an empty whiskey bottle and pulling my hair out with stress).

How much of the game has been completed thus-far?

Any idea of interest rate?

Oh, very interesting, you were very lucky, they must've been very interested in your game if they were willing to pay for a lawyer to do up a distribution contract, out of their own pocket.

Even more lucky seeing as they are not accepting any new games, even from existing publishers, until August 30th.

Do you know how hard it is to get your game on steam?
Even finished (indie) games with 80+ on metacritics have to struggle to get in there.
