It probably got dropped by the network.
If you don't have the tx id then post the address(es).

Tell him to send the bitcoins again. There's no trace of unconfirmed transactions between those addresses other than the one you posted so we can't help you much.
If the transaction disappeared from his wallet then he should have the bitcoins back.

That's weird. How is a transaction that conflict with another transaction with 63084 confirmations still be accepted by nodes? The transaction you posted will never confirm. I'd guess the older transaction got double spended too.

Edit:
Looks like This transaction (https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/1a7d0db89beb6fa643263a9cf1c7c95646404bff37522e7be1c62bfa08962c56/) was made a year ago. The one who made it need to rescan their wallet.

Just tell the sender to send again and check the input carefully or clean their wallet first using -zapwallettxes (instructions here (https://achow101.com/2016/07/Bitcoin-Core-Troubleshooting#option-startup)). zapwallettxes will delete all unconfirmed transaction from a wallet and they will reappear after they get confirmed.
Unless the sender do this they might get the same problem in the future.

Edit:
Forgot to mention that this is if they're using bitcoin core.

I dont think its that easy. This is all kinds of fucked up. As you wrote yourself why is it shown as having 63k confirmations and unconfirmed at the same time?

Like I said above, it was never going to get a confirmation because the unconfirmed input (marked by U in blockchain.info explorer) conflicts with a transaction that's actually confirmed over a year ago.

It seems that the sender has made another transaction (https://blockchain.info/tx/2a0ad18fff05b69876a9e11d7b27f47bf7bed0c9a35a4c5149a09ae94dee1a5b) that will also never confirm. Either someone is about to be scammed 2.44502427BTC or the sender is trying to transfer all their coins to a less problematic address.
If you know them try directing them here if they want to fix it. I'm not entirely sure what's going on but others might.

You should start with what wallet software you're using. If you're using bitcoin core try what I posted here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1719613.msg17219049#msg17219049). Although it may not work it's still worth a try. It's fairly save to try that but you should back up your wallet if you haven't already.

In that case I've write a post about that here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1722781.msg17244610#msg17244610). I'm sure you'll be able to send all your funds to another address using electrum because that transaction isn't listed by any of the servers. I suspect it'll work with any other wallet other than blockchain.info.

Your wallet is broken.  Are you using blockchain.info for your wallet?  If so, contact support and make them fix it.

Your wallet is trying to spend this:
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/200209976/1

And that is NOT a valid transaction output.

If you are not using blockchain.info, then please let us know what wallet you are using.

I tried the same.
I created another wallet within my blockchain account and tried to send all fund from one to another:

But it is also unconfirmed.

Here i am amazed, earlier was having only $576 but when i migrate fund from old to new it reflect me amount $1966 and which is pending since transfer.
I am confused why

The problem here is likely to be blockchain.info itself. To transfer all the funds to another address without your wallet fixing itself first you'll have to use another wallet client.

I suggest you export (https://github.com/OmniLayer/omniwallet/wiki/Exporting-Private-Key-from-Blockchain.info-and-Importing-to-Omniwallet.org) the private key from Blockchain.info, and import it in for example Electrum.
