24.9999 is my guess you might need to increase price if you want more users to enter as 12000 satoshi is a small amount to win yes it is a free to enter I expect it get higher and higher then it is now so if you increase price you might get more entry's.

The price is not displaid...it is changing and It is impossible to know exactly the price at 31 Dec 2016.
