having a question about DAO as in my account i have them but the price is "0". Also it is delisted from the trading charts. What is happening? Tryied to find any info but there is no info about it.

If you havy info about it please let me know.

There is no DAO. The project is discontinued.

and what im supposed to do with the DAO i have on ballance?

All DAO hodlers were refunded in ETH. The project wrapped up months ago.

so im out of the bussines? Or can i still refund my DAO? any advice where/how?  many thanks in advanced...

In the first instance I would contact Kraken/ Poloniex. I had my DAO in the ethereum wallet and there was a special refund contract that converted mine back to ETH.

Not sure where you've been, but the DAO was attacked on June 17 and the market (and pretty much everything) has crashed. As far as I can see the last price of DAO was about $0,075, which means we're talking about $900 worth of coins? Indeed it hurts...

P.S. Just asked Kraken via Twitter if they're still refunding. Not sure if they answer, but it would be good if you keep us posted.

well this is life i guess... I noticed the whole attack story, but i didnt noticed any posts that DAO is DEAD and that there is an refund action.... Dont ask me how this can be... im getting sick about it...

Im waiting on reaction of Kraken atm, the automatic answer informed me that it can take 48h or more as they have many requests.

Plan "B" would be to transfer it to Poloniex and change it there, hope it will work.... (any experience out there with it?)

Poloniex delisted it long time ago (not sure when as I'm not trading for quite some time now). I hope that Kraken would solve your problem, but I kinda doubt it...

I believe that you will still be able to get a refund. Just remember that you are also entitle to a portion of the ETC Criminal Coin that was created after the Ethereum fork. Don't hodl ETC though as it's lost 99% of its value since.

I did convert mine on bittrex the day when they announce they are ready to buy back. Weeks ago I still saw DAO on kraken and now its gone lol. Must be a real headace. You can't even get half its amount.

Yeah, too bad Assaro did not exchanged them earlier. That's a $1000+ loss, which means over 2 median salaries here in Bulgaria. Maybe these are not a lot of money to some, but I would be really pissed off.

"Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we have removed all DAO trading pairs from our exchange as of the 17th of December. No balances were affected and any open orders at that time have been credited back to your balance. However, there is a temporary issue that causes user balances to not display properly, but it should be fixed soon. We recommend you withdraw any remaining DAO tokens from your account at your earliest convenience. On behalf of Kraken, I apologize for the short notice."

So, where should i send my DAOs to get them refund? Any idea?

Withdraw to https://www.myetherwallet.com then use withdraw DAO.

Obviously test with a small amount at first.

why would they destroy their project .I still did not understand what the reason for the failure of this project.I just saw this thread and found out that the project is shelved but a little bit of details would be good.

"As of 12-18-2016 Kraken has delisted all DAO pairs. No balances were affected and any open orders at the time have been closed. There will be a period of time to withdraw your DAO if you wish. Any DAO you don't withdraw will be automatically converted to ETH at the rate of 1 ETH per 100 DAO. We'll send an email to everyone with a DAO balance explaining the details.

I will update you once Kraken converts DAO to ETH.

@Minecahe.... your link worked for me, it took some time but got it fixed and got my 122 ETH to my wallet, so "no lost", rly happy about it.

at the moment i wrote to kraken they didnt know when and if they will transfer it, so i made it my self....

at the moment isnt there any possibility to create and widraw so idk, but i have it so my problem is solved....

dao coin in dilisting from poloniex is very long time
and you must move dao coin from poloniex

as it mentioned above I publish upate from Kraken

Due to low trading volume, all DAO pairs have been delisted from the exchange and DAO trading is no longer possible. We apologize for not contacting you prior to the delisting, but by delisting during a recent maintenance period we were able to avoid an interruption at a later date.
What are my options?
You have the following two options:
EITHER withdraw your DAO balance by December 29th at 11:00 AM UTC.
OR DAO funding will be turned off on December 29th at 11:00 AM UTC and any remaining DAO balance in your account will be converted to ETH at the rate of 1 ETH per 100 DAO (the conversion may not happen on the 29th, but will happen before January 1st 2017).
So if you do not want your DAO balance converted to 1 ETH per 100 DAO please withdraw your DAO before December 29th. Note that if your DAO balance is below the minimum to withdraw (0.05) it will be converted to ETH.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the DAO trade volumes were no longer sufficient to justify continued support.
