Hint 1: "Find the value WITHIN" 'NTU5ODA0' - that was WITHIN the two halfMD5 hashes. Hint 2: "I guess we could figure out the base? (32*2)" Should be pretty easy. 32*2= 64 -> Base64. Find the plaintext by using a BASE64 decoder. Hint 3: action=profile;u=<> u=<plaintext of base64> Final answer: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=559804 = !Donator!
