I sent to him 125mbtc at the time was $86~ worth of bitcoin.
That was the first week of November. I waited and waited. He come back online November 6 and pm'd me that he will send me my money asap. I did not get anything sent to me.
Another month I waited and he has not been back online.
I sent him numerous pm's but he has not been online since.
Not that btc is worth more than the amount that he agreed upon to pay me for it.

Now what should I be thinking of doing? He was a legendary member with no problems in sending and this is why I sent first and relied on him to deliver the money within 24 hours like his last post said it would take.

Now I am out of my bitcoin as well as any money that he said he would of sent over a month ago.

Please fill out the scam accusation using the correct format, which is quoted below. Once done, I will review it.

Edit: seems he has done this more than once, delaying payment. He has also not logged in since November 6th. As stated above, please fill in the form with all the details, including chat logs and proof of payment, and someone will tag the account.

I give him a few more days before I go this far.
If he is not online to see I am waiting for my money to still be delivered.

If someone can contact him by this cell phone number then I would be relieved that he knows I am here waiting for him to confirm that he has indeed sent it like he said he would but since then I have received nothing yet.

Note: He just logged in less than 10 minutes ago but then went offline.  :-[

Update: He did say he will pay me today for the bitcoin that I sent.
But the price of bitcoin back then was $750 per coin and now it is $797.
So he should be giving me a bit more right? I am expecting $10 more plus the over month and half now that I have been waiting to get my funds from this exchange.

You should get back what you sent.

He is offering to send it back now.
Will see if it is done so after two days of saying "It is on it's way ASAP!" :-\

Edit: He has told me it will be returned at the bottom of the hour which is 10 minutes away.
This is the last time I will be accepting this now.
I am simply getting tired of this game that I am being played as waiting for someone to send btc.

Just a complete waste of time on my part.
Will be more careful with whom I deal with in the future and not let someone play this BS game that was being played with someone's money.

Glad it was resolved. Looks like a few of his trades went this way. Sometimes life happens I guess.
I would suggest locking this thread.

Thank you, sorry that this happened. I am going through a weird time in life but I know it's unacceptable that I did not check the forum and did not hold up my end of the trade.
