We are not familiar with cryptomixer's reserve verification procedure, can you tell us what it was, please?
We weren't thinking about reserve verification yet but we certainly will consider doing this after your feedback.

what you should do is make address with 2k coins public and provide signed message. That way someone may even believe that your service is legit.

You claim to have 2000+ bitcoin reserve but you don't know how to verify it? Show a proof that you reall have a 2000+ bitcoin in your wallet and get people to witness to verify if it really is yours and then you'll be verified.
AFAIK you get feedback right after you get yourself verified. That is if you want to receive a positive feedback. You may also want to make some ways to prove your trustworthiness. And how will we know that your site is not faulty?

There is not much you can do. Most services out there ran for a long time and they did not scam anyone. When you verify your reserve only time can make you trustworthy.

In cryptomixer, before they finally released their service to public use, they frst made a test where they asked people to test their service first to check that their service is fully functional. I think you should also do the same and make a testing like that to make sure that your site will not malfunction.
If you want to be trustworthy it will require time. Like the other guy already said, stay operational for a long time and don't mess with other peoples money and you will be deemed trustworthy.

We have quite large team of developers, including quality assurance specialists, our algorithm was developed based on best practices and was tested with both automatic and manual tests and every release made is covered with tests as well.
My point here is that user testing doesn't look necessary, but the more testing the better, so it is maybe a good idea, thank you.

p.s. removed the part about reserve size from the announcement, you are right, before verifying it, it's just words. We will make wallet public so everyone would know what reserve is available.

This sound nice words, get your reserved verified from one of the trusted member of this forum. Also if you like to have some good promotion you can try running signature campaign as you can see other two good trusted mixer services (bitmixer and cryptomixer) are running signature campaign in this forum for long time.

Cryptomixer verified their reserves by showing (privately) signed messages from all addresses to several, independent, trusted members of the community (In that case, shorena, me and another party, IIRC).
That way, they were abled to verify the integrity without risking the anonymity of their service/users.

I think the comment wasn't much about testing being neccessary for your platform to function, but for the users to accept/use it.
If you allow users to test your mixing for free, to verify it works and to leave small feedbacks, that would add a certain credibility to your site.
Nobody will trust a new service/newbie account with big sums of btc just out of the blue.
