i wanna say my problem
when the Activity will be count?
cuz i made 46 good posts then didnt recvie them?
can any one tell me when the Activity will count

You can only get 14 activity points every two week period, but this will be irrelevant because you'll be banned for spamming if you continue to make low quality posts just to try bump your post count.

There are already many topics about activity here. As seen in this (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12saLhlUoqIdairxzuSPu6EYGrt7FN2lOstO1yDjCEbA) spreadsheet (as quoted in a topic as bumped by you (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1186055.0) an hour before you make this topic), there are dates (and timestamps) when your maximum possible activity will increase by 14. Check your maximum possible activity (called potential activity) here: https://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info/

Edit: You think your posts are 'good'? A 'good' post should be constructive to the community (or the question starter) and not your one-liners (posts with only 1 line). If you are an account farmer trying to earn from signature campaigns, then they probably won't pay you as your post quality is very low.

Yeah, we can tell, but you won't be able to earn anything if you don't drastically improve the quality of your posts as you'll be denied from most campaigns or at worse be banned. If you struggle with English it's best to stick to your local boards but there's no way to spam your way through activity ranks.
