Post by: rizabbasi on December 20, 2016, 10:37:38 AM
Hi,

Is it already dead?

If still alive then what are the top reliable rotators?

Regards,

Riz

I think the faucet fad has gone away, you don't want to earn through those anyway, pick up a gig in the market and make a lot more for your time.

here people talk only about faucets but do not explain why it is "gone away"
The talk about "waste of time" or to low profit...but never talk about how much the profit is.
My U2 system is a kind of faucet and using it is not a waste of time for the users.
Why?
Because it is market regulated and this means that users fix the reward or the profit themselves.
Nowadays they have fixed in average  the profit around 1000 - 1500 satoshi per claim.
If it where waste of time...they would not claim for this amount.
Waste of time is not what you believe...you can not say for other people what waste of time is.
I can say it (lol)
Why?
I can say it because I have an example
if you can claim 1000 satoshi by winspiral and claim 100 satoshi by tartapion (lol)
and you claim only by tartapion you have spend time by tartapion for 900 satoshi less.

Why not looking around to this forum? You can find a lot faucet/rotators listed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=212.0

I'm not faucet fans, since it's just collect dust amount. Better to develop your ability than sell your skill for bitcoin.

I see you are not faucet's fan and you know I see nothing about faucets.
faucets have generally a collect box so dust does not exist...

i think faucet rotator is not dead but maybe the payment is not using faucetbox as we know that site is not giving their service again and maybe the owner of the faucet rotator will be use another payment site. i think if you play faucet rotator for bitcoin, its not profitable and only waste your time, but if you play faucet rotator for altcoin, i think its still profitable but you should choose faucet rotator which have a big list to play so you don't have to waste your time.

Rotators wont die until faucets die. You still can earn decent profits from rotators if you have a good list with high paying ref commission faucets.
Check out faucethub.io list :)

Ifaucet is definitely the best rotator out there and it is not dead yet.

It updates new faucet daily and provides a complete info as well as highly cutomizable and sortable lists of faucets.

A recent quote from them explains many things

Quote
We would like to reassure all of you - ifaucet.net is not closing.

There is a growing panic in the Internet about closing FaucetBOX and Paytoshi, and there were rumors about the closing of ifaucet.net. We want to reassure you, that ifaucet is not closing. Over the 27 months of work with faucets, there were closed Microwallet, BitcoinCloud, Monedero, TinyWallet, BitChest. Now FaucetBOX and Paytoshi are in process of a shutdown for a few weeks. In a meantime, ePay works and got improved, FaucetSustem was opened, and FaucetHUB is on a construction. Until faucets is needed for people, there going to be good services and ifauset.net will work. We have many improvements to launch. Every day new faucets replace old faucets. This industry is changing all the time, but it’s not going to disappear. Everything’s going to be alright!

Main rotators is still strong. Ifaucet.net, Cryptoworld.io and Bit.Makejar are best, they have lot of faucets, and it's updated very often.
I also can recommend my rotator: It have less faucets, but all of them are really paying and I'm updating it frequently.

If you need for altcoin rotator, I have dogecoin faucets rotator:

i think faucet rotator is not dead but maybe the payment is not using faucetbox as we know that site is not giving their service again and maybe the owner of the faucet rotator will be use another payment site.

 ;D

First of all faucet rotators are not using faucetbox or any other micropayment services, and they are not paying money. It is iframe code with buttons to go to next/previous site(or more options), in this case faucets. Owners will not use another payment system because faucets are not their sites.

i think if you play faucet rotator for bitcoin, its not profitable and only waste your time, but if you play faucet rotator for altcoin, i think its still profitable but you should choose faucet rotator which have a big list to play so you don't have to waste your time.

It is not game, it is faucet rotator.

Also, you are wrong. Bitcoin faucets are giving higher rewards. Even if you are right(and you are not) there is no difference between rotator with 50 faucets and rotator with 500 faucets, what is important to you(as user) are rewards and timers in faucets. So faucet rotator may have 10-15 faucets with 5 min timers and good rewards and it could be better than rotator with 500 faucets  ;)

After faucetbox shut down there are still many faucet owners who do not visit this forum regularly do not know that they can switch to new micro payment systems or other reason maybe they have less technical skill so they can not u[grade to new micro payment system. That's why there are less faucets in market and due to this reason there are less faucet rotator.
