Guy gets a Tweet with a flashing gif designed to give him a seizure. He said he got one and wants to sue for assault. So i am curious do you think that is assault ? I sure as hell don't.. What if you had a condition where you were prone to sneezing and i fired some pepper in the air in a restaurant a little knowing it would probably start making you sneeze ? Assault ? Guy's just being a bloody puss :D |
