I dont think its DDOS, more like many thousands of people desperatly hit the same sites. And when the site not load, they hit refresh too much.. maybe sometimes some DDOS Maybe even Fed/gov play these tricks. Dump huge amount coins, buy back later. If they continue, they grow stronger and stronger. Not cashing any fiat out ;( And the effect get worse and worse when they play this way :( And nothing to do about it..
