Title: gpu temp and settings Post by: jerethdaminer on April 10, 2013, 06:44:48 PM just got a xfx 7970 for my pc and while mining it seems to hover araound the 75degree c mark i think i have adaquate passive cooling and 2 fans pulling the air through

I've been running my GPU's at that for close to two years now. That is the target temp for CGMiner. But if you want it cooler you can set your temp target to 60c or so. It will work the fans harder and make more noise but that would be fine too. also the 9770 is giving out about 500mh/s is that about right or is that low |
