Title: MtGox acting fishy? Not in the lag way...
Post by: NothinG on April 10, 2013, 07:52:07 PM
Doesn't it seem weird that the depths are short during a noticeable downfall?
I think it's because I watched this video yesterday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fvSYT7vhQY

...and then you use a graph from Bitcoinity to base your post on, when Bitcoinity has a message on their page saying "Bitcoinity is currently completely behind.". I find their graph to be different from the other mtgox price graphs (from the few that are still online and not returning some HTTP status code other than 200).

Calm down, just trying to stir up questions. We don't need 80% of USD exchanges at one location anyways...it's bad for Bitcoin's health.

Centralized exchanges are the Achilles heel of decentralized currencies. They will all fail unless decentralized exchanges can be created.
