I tried to send 1 BTC from my Cryptonator wallet to a Coinbase wallet. The transaction was listed as "pending" and is now still pending, over a year later. The transaction was never added to the blockchain. I tried to withdraw my remaining bitcoins and the same thing happened. Support first told me to wait a little while and that it would all be alright, and then just stopped responding. I have sent them dozens of messages over time but they just ignored me. It seems to be the same Zendesk support tickets issue (topic here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1686518.0) which is already resolved. Thank you for posting the addresses, it helped us to identify you in our database. Pending transactions totaling 3.61459229 BTC have been cancelled and refunded back to your account. We have also added 0.10843776 BTC to your balance (+3% of the amount as an average 12M interest banking rate) for holding your money. As far as I am concerned they are not scammers. They do have some serious work to do with their support department. :)
