Merry Christmas everybody!

I know I am a fool. I tried to buy miner from Butterfly Lab and sent them 7k+ usd. Morn then 4 years now. I couldn't contact them from 2015 may. From email they never answer,from website you will never sent massage successful.

Christmas again. Does there somebody kindly tell me how can I contact them or give some suggest?

They are scam, your money lost and paid for their hooker and drugs, accept the reality.

A bit late. Butterfly labs never delivered on their promises and many people essentially lost their money. You should have we after this earlier if you were serious.

I never heard this site before, can you provide us your purchased? Screenshots ? and seems what others saying the site is a scam, so what the hell that you didn't research in any reviews, forums (especially here in bctalk) that site before you make your purchase, 7k+ USD is very huge amount and no one to blame but you. I hope this will serve you as a lesson, you wasted money for nothing.

Unfortunately I can not offer an accurate estimate for when your refund will be complete. Our team is working through the existing backlog of requests as quickly as possible but it could still be a few months or more before your refund is processed. We already have the Bank information provided in the email dated August 11, 2014 and will use the new billing address provided. Please let us know if there have been any additional changes to these details.

You do also have the option of having your refund paid in Bitcoin. If you would like to proceed with this change please provide a valid BTC wallet address.

Atr you sure thisd is the real buttertfly labs as no a few people that have and had no problems how did you pay if other then bitcoins use that to get your  refund

OP bought his miner back in 2014, before ButterFly Labs was well known all around as a scam, so it's not too much of a mistake on his part. A lot of people lost money to ButterFly Labs.

OP, I assume your money is lost, as ButterFly Labs has only refunded a certain amount of people. There still is hope, but don't expect much. Their website has been shut down.

What Im curious about was if they were a scam from the very beginning or did they have intentions of delivering their products but have failed to do so? Its very hard to tell sometimes and I hope some of you would care to enlighten us newbies here in the forum.

The butterfly lab delivered some miners at the very beginning, but until 2014, a lot of orders had been delayed and refund requests had been delayed, until nothing.

They should have declared bankruptcy in order to protect themselves from any legal issues from their customers. The fact that they didnt makes me think that they have no experience of running a business. A lawyer to advice them is must in any business.
