The address you posted already have bitcoins but for some reason their nodes are not showing the correct balance even though they're showing the transaction.
Should be fine if you're using a wallet other than blockchain.info. Maybe it was supposed to be the other way around. But the explorer is still messed up. The OP in that thread posted a link with filter=4. I removed it for no particular reason before visiting the link only to find zero balance and older transactions and had to tinker around with the filter to see the new transaction.
I think the OP in that thread experienced the same thing as you judging from their post. The transaction appeared normally a little while after I posted there (about 1 hour after it got confirmed).
