Above all this, dont expect any reasonable buyer to offer you more than $300 in order not to be disappointed. I am very sorry if my words hurts you but that is the truth. You can easily buy bitcoins from your Paypal balance, there are plenty of sites out there, or simply withdraw your cash. But for the extra money for the account you are risking your liability for any fraudulent activity with that account.
