I sent the paypal. Never got the BTC. I was dealing with jagrapolite5. The paypal adress was carlosinessss@gmail.com. Probably the same user. Avoid deals alltoghether with this person. As for the issue at hand, Carlosiness has popped up a few times recently, and has scammed several people lately. Members have already come forward here before saying they had met him and his GF in person. This came up when mentioned his name in connection to being a shill on the chatbox at Cryptsy a yr ago. I knew Jagropolite from Cryptsy going back 3 years. Never seen any accusations like this before but who knows.. Point being is if he is in fact guilty chances are you can hunt him down / get his info etc. Pro Tip: He is the guy that started the coin ADT / Android Tokens.
