Bush's presidency. Confirmation of Obama's judicial nominees slowed to a crawl after Republicans took control of the Senate in 2015. Ever since Barack Obama took power, the Democrats have been politicizing the SCOTUS and the lower courts, by nominating unqualified and unprofessional people. I hope that Trump will put an end to this practice.
