I have just restored my phone to defaults and I lost google authenticator settings. I still have access to my wallet but I cannot send anything without the security code. Any ideas how to restore it? You can choose the option "Restore a wallet or import keys" and "Wallet with 2 Factor Authentication". Note that by doing this, your 2FA wallet cannot be used anymore. You need to create another wallet and send all your funds to there.
Title: Re: PLEASE HELP! lost google authenticator Post by: kolloh on December 27, 2016, 11:30:34 PM Yeah, you'll need to either restore your wallet from the seed or restore your 2FA from the backup code used to generate the 2FA ( or perhaps a full backup of your phone has the 2FA?). I had an issue once where Google Authentication wiped all my codes on a restore as well. I haven't used Google Auth since and have switched to Authy which I find works much better and allows for backups as well.
