MAIN reason im not going back with them is because ive downloaded 2 tracked torrents and they say the next time they will ban me and not refund any money .

I've tried all kinds of VPN and this one is by far the highest quality based on my experiences. It may be a bit pricier than others but if you value good service, privacy, no logging, high performance, and a clean and easy to use no bs client then you should give them a try.
