I heard xcoins is having some troubles lately and not able to process payments of bitcoin to their members. Or has that issue been resolved now? I would of assumed it was due to high amount of chargebacks being done by a large amount of fraudsters taking advantage of their service. I have used this method personally many times , i only do small amounts so i cannot tell you about larger amounts usually between $25- $150 I have spoken to the manager and i have set up a online system that if anyone encounters a problem they can contact me through contact us at www.btcjack.com Yes there is a problem with people trying to make refunds they have a new system in place now that prevents this.
