I made a bet where I saw like this

to win the match

team 2

now I placed the bet and after the match gone to tie they are telling me that the tie option was unavailable that time and hence you loose, how in the world is that fair ?

And they said I should ask the support each time I make a bet that is there any other option that is hidden ?

That isn't close to being scammed. They can't force you to accept a bet, so why should you be able to force them to accept a bet? The only way you would actually be scammed is if the market was DNB, To Qualify (for games with tiebreakers), 1X or X2. Maybe, maybe, it could be considered scammy if the odds were DNB odds, like @1.9 and @1.9.

It's very fair. Switch to another sportsbook if you dislike the fact that they don't offer every outcome.

Hi Darkstar actually the odds were 1.9 and 2.0 and that's why i thought the there were 2 options.

So basically you mean that I should not warn people if someone scams and rather I should just not bet there, come on dude have you taken big chunks of money from directbet ?

Its like a site scams you and when you talk against them some dogs who are being feed by directbet comes and bark  .. if such is the case .. sorry friend let them reply .. you have done your duty, 5 stars for you :)

You might be continued to be feed by directbet for another year because you have quite a lot done enough for this year, arguing for no reason with me for them.

I rarely use DirectBet, and when I do, it usually for their promotions. Their odds are just too low to justify normal betting. If you check my post history, and look for when I comment about sportsbooks, I've never recommended them. Anyway, odds @1.9 and @2 do seem a bit low, but DirectBet isn't known for having the best odds, and even lines would probably be below @1.9. What sport? Soccer has a decent chance of drawing, but if you bet on a sport like handball where it isn't very common, @2 and @1.9 seem reasonable. Post your bet

Displaying your bet ID's wouldn't hurt anyone. It is only to make things clear and if everyone can take your words seriously. If you want directbet to respond. Just post it in their official thread and if you think your accusation is valid then go ahead make a thread on scam accusation page. No point posting it in Gambling section. The odds of them finding this thread and then responding as well is kinda low.

You expect people to take you seriously when you don't even bother to post proofs, screenshots, or even your bet ID?
If you were serious about warning people then you would, at the least, offer proofs else whatever you say will be taken as baseless whining.

At least tell us on what sport did you bet? If it is sport where tie is possible and they didn't give you option to bet, than it is their fault and all "losing bets" should be count as 1X(This is at least what i can say from your first post if it is correct)

You gave a warning to everybody without even supporting your claims. Quite private? It should not since you are accusing Directbet directly. Show all the proof you have. You might get some help from the community.


You want a confirmation but pointed out directly to the conclusion to your thread title. Post the BET id here and show everyone that you are not trolling here.

It is easy to accused and claimed to be scammed with just simple words and explanation. But just like what others are looking for, you need to be transparent and show some proofs that you are scammed for real. Just simply show your bet ID and everyone here will believe what you are saying. It's not that hard to do mate if you can show proof for sure many will believe you.

It looks like you've bet on a soccer game. The odds of those games always change during the game and the most obvious outcome of a game sometimes changes to 1.01 right before it disappears completely.

Betting in the last minutes is risky with good winnings and bad losses, i've been there both.
It would be nice if you would say what kind of sport you were betting on, how far in the game it was and if you kept track of the changing odds or not. Did you watch that game live or at least kept track of the scores?

Another question would be what kind of bet you would have placed if tie for 1.8 (or so) was available.
Anyway posting proof in like a bet ID would make sense and help you in your argument.

No need to say twice for post his bet ID, you already said it before. Based information from first OP post, he lost 0.14 BTC not 10 BTC. I know you are promote them by put their link in your signature, but let's wait for official announce from Directbet.eu since myself doubt it too if they will scam just for 0.14 BTC.

lots of people are using and trusting directbet. so do you think if the a certain event is not available to place a bet considered scamming? do they force you to bet on team A or team B and not on the draw? if you are a frequent bettor there, you would notice that there are times a certain event is not available for betting specially for live games.

This is a parlay bet that had 3 selections. Two of the three selections lost. The result of one of the losing selections was 'Tie' and margon3 was not aware that a Tie option was available.

However, the bet would have lost anyhow because it's a parlay bet and there was another losing selection. So the bet selection in dispute is irrelevant and had no affect on the outcome of this bet.

The bet stake was 0.01927 BTC and not 0.14 BTC as claimed.

That is what i even though a bet stake of 0.01927 and not 0.14 as claimed by the OP.started off with a false accusation and crying scam to a betting site which is one of the leading bitcoin sports betting site.Come back with a better accusation and always post your bet ID if you have any claims.

This accusation is so childist, first, you always have to read the book rules regarding ties, some books can make it a push, some others and in some sports, it is a loss,

But.. if you open a bet window in directbet and you are seeing it is only available ONE selection and REST are missing, for example, a live bet shows only:

Toronto Raptors 1.214

and nothing more

the logic says they don't wanna offer the other team for personal reasons at that moment (profit), YOU need to be an ASS to think you will win because there wasn't any other bet displayed there, do you think the book is stupid and forgot the other bets or what, lol

Thanks for clarification, it seems OP didn't know the parlay rule, he didn't post the bet ID, which makes me trust DB is innocent, and the reality is yes, you are falsely accused by a betting noob.

lol it's funny, SCAM IS ONLY WHEN THEY DON'T PAY YOUR MONEY, not when they don't offer an event, or if they offer low odds, or if they limit you.
