Title: Help! All confirmed transactions in Multibit Wallet now Unconfirmed Post by: RevsCost on December 30, 2016, 06:06:41 PM Hello gang,
Kinda freaked out at the moment. I recently installed Multibit wallet on my computer and transferred all my coins out of Coinbase into it about 2 days ago. Everything looked great and confirmed that night. All the confirmations went through. However, now this morning I awoke to witness all confirmed transactions to unconfirmed. I do have a ton of back ups if anyone is wondering. It states 0 Bitcoins to the left and the amount of bitcoins to the right unconfirmed. Any ideas of what happened? Should i restore an earlier back up? Sorry for if this questions has been asked before but I was unable to locate what the cause would be. Thanks Title: Re: Help! I'd just wait a bit, or look up one of the transactions on a blockchain explorer and see if it is confirmed. Title: Re: Help! Have you tried "Repair wallet" and/or "Verify network"?
I've read that old (pre-keepkey takeover) versions doesn't get this problem. Someone reported on github (https://github.com/keepkey/multibit-hd/issues/874#issuecomment-263268427) that switching to an old version fixed it too. If you're going to try that, don't forget to save your seed. Title: Re: Help! After a little research, methinks my wallet fell behind in syncing with the blockchain. ::)

To be honest, I am just trying to own my coins locally and not on an exchange or broker (Coinbase). This has establish a new level of anxiety to say the least. Anyhow, I bought a Keepkey recently and plan to transfer to that shortly. Title: Re: Help! All confirmed transactions in Multibit Wallet now Unconfirmed Post by: chennan on January 21, 2017, 07:12:39 PM Yeah, just wanted to say that I recently encountered this type of problem with my main wallet on multibit and the "repair wallet" feature was the thing to fix this.
When I entered my wallet it seemed as if the 50+ transactions I've made in the past with the wallet were all either 'sending' or 'receiving'. Plus it took out my balance that I had in the wallet from before and was then "unconfirmed". So, nonetheless, if someone else encounters the same issue, I would suggest resyncing with "repair wallet". Title: Re: Help!
