I am wondering if there is any website that does due diligence with altcoins.  I know this site has bits of it here and there but it would be GREAT if there was a centralized hub of it.

nope :/   all you will find is places that SELL listings for ICOs, then SHILL them with no shame as they have been paid to do :(

even such section are full of shill. everyone has its own ulterior motive so if they advice you to invest to a coin, its you that needs to check with due diligence. else you'd be fucked by a train real hard over and over. those ICO list sites are paid to list even the scams so its kinda like scamming scammers.

Wings actually aims to do exactly this, by using decentralized forecast markets (a variation of prediction markets, used for example by Augur), in order let the community evaluate and perform due diligence over submitted proposals.

I agree.  I am even for keeping money in wallets and not in places like coinbase.  That was the whole point of BTC. 

One new person I suspected of possibly not being legit I checked out his post history here on his newish account, turns out he mentioned another couple domains he owns.  The new domain he is promoting didn't have hardly any personal info, but the old ones did in a WhoIs.  But he still seems anonymous, and doesn't seem to have any other accounts like LinkdIn.  He has created something that has generated a lot of money in BTC for him but the backdrop seems like thin air to me.

This is a resource it is not advice. You can also suggest people to be interviewed.

You should definately do you own due diligence, it is simply a data option to add to the due diligence.

Every new altcoin/ico is possible scam, so better to do your due diligence.
