Title: LTC mining on Coinotron - how long to get a share?
Post by: lixoaqui on April 11, 2013, 02:55:40 PM
I'm starting to mine LTC in coinotron and as I understand I only get paid when I get a share.
My question is: how can I estimate I'll get a share?

Also, I'm not mining 24/7. I mine for some hours then stop it, then start again. Doing it this way do I lose the work I do or all is counting towards getting a share?

I started with BTC Triplemining. With them the last 24hrs of shares you produce count.
I tested also Coinotron. I used the GUIminer srypt and they the speed and shares need some minutes to show up on the website.
However, i didnt took long to get a "reward" as they call it.
If you dont see a speed or a reward in your account after 24hrs then your setup is wrong.

edit: with Coinotron I tested LTC mining.
