Due to the reversability of Paypal, red trust members and Newbies won't be able to trade with me.
I will do only small trade except with trusted members.
My rate is preev +12% and preev +5% with trusted members.

I can do an initial trade with you. I won't go any higher than 5% and because your your trust level is low my only stipulation is you send the btc first. I will send PayPal in USD and as friends and family so you don't incur any fees. Please check my feedback for numerous trades I've completed using this payment method. These are my terms and I will not deviate from them. If you are happy with the terms please PM me with your PayPal address and I will provide my btc address.

I would send from Germany with Euros, also with paypal friends and family.
